Rudryaprag

Rudraprayag is a town and a municipality in Rudraprayag district of Indian state Uttarakhand. It is one of Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River, the point of confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. This is famous Hindu holy town. Ganga’s birthplace – Confluence of Alaknanda & Mandakini. Visit Rudranath Temple which is named after Lord Shiva. This temple is situated at confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers.
